Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Southern Designs Creative. Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or produced in small batches, please review our shipping and return policies before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional production time. If additional time is required, we will communicate this when possible.

Orders are generally shipped via USPS or UPS. The carrier used may depend on the size, weight, destination, and type of product being shipped.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for handmade home décor, candles, and other fragile or higher-value purchases.

Southern Designs Creative is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged while in the possession of the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If an insured shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us promptly so we can provide any documentation reasonably needed for the carrier or insurance claim.

Aromatherapy Products — Final Sale

For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, all aromatherapy products are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Candles
• Wax melts
• Mineral or body scrubs
• Diffusers and fragrance products
• Other aromatherapy or scented personal-use products

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products once purchased.

If you receive an incorrect aromatherapy item or believe there is a problem with your order, please contact Southern Designs Creative promptly after delivery.

Rustic Home Décor

Because our home décor is handcrafted, natural variations in wood grain, knots, texture, distressing, stain, engraving, and finish are expected. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered defects.

If you are not satisfied with an eligible home décor purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. At our discretion, eligible items may be remade, exchanged, or issued store credit.

Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

DTF Apparel

Eligible, non-custom DTF apparel may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Tags are attached
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use
• In its original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping on size exchanges or change-of-mind returns.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale.

Items made specifically for a customer—including personalized home décor, custom engraving, special-order designs, custom DTF apparel, or other customized products—cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless Southern Designs Creative made an error in fulfilling the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

For products damaged during shipping, please retain the product, original packaging, shipping box, and packing materials, as these may be required for an insurance or carrier claim.

Please do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Return Shipping

Returns must be approved by Southern Designs Creative before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for store credit, exchange, or replacement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when Southern Designs Creative determines that an error occurred on our part.
